This tenement house was designed for Poznan University Professor by a well-known duo of Cracow-Lvov designers: Zbigniew Kupiec and Tadeusz Kossak. It is one of the best architectonic solutions of the 30's – the only tenement house in Gdynia which meets the demands of Le Corbusier's "free facade" through all storeys. Another interesting thing is extra light which lights the inside hall through the glazed back wall of the living room. This international style and "luxury trend" tenement house is decorated with a facade covered with sand-coloured clinker and horizontally cut into two by a ribbon of mahogany windows.
